With remote assistance you can have your computer repaired without leaving your home or office. Within a few moments we will connect to your computer and help you to deal with the problem quickly. The solution is non-invasive – no software is installed on your computer. The connection is fully secure and you decide when to connect by providing us with a unique session ID and variable pin code. After restarting the computer, the access data is deleted.  To reconnect to your computer, we need a new set  of access data.
